#6 - B. Irving: O 59.5 Rush Yards

Opponent: Carolina Panthers

Tampa Bay’s season comes down to this game, a win is mandatory to stay alive, so urgency is locked in for four quarters.

• Must win to remain in the playoff race, eliminating any chance of load management
• Logged 15 or more carries in four of five games since returning from injury
• Ran for 71 yards against Carolina in this exact matchup earlier this season

With playoff desperation forcing volume against a weak run defense, this rushing number clears on usage alone.

#5 - S. Darnold: O 1.5 Pass TDs

Opponent: Seattle Seahawks

This is a pure winner-take-all game, win and the NFC West, No. 1 seed, and bye are secured.

• Winner takes the division and top seed, loser falls to the No. 5 seed
• Thrown 3 passing touchdowns in three different games this season
• Seahawks have allowed the sixth-most passing touchdowns

With that seeding swing, conservative play-calling disappears. My #1 pick is another NFC QB fighting for the #2 seed.

#4 - M. Evans: O 54.5 Rec Yards

Opponent: Carolina Panthers

This is a must-win game for Tampa Bay, and when the season is on the line, the offense runs through Mike Evans.

• Must win to keep playoff hopes alive
• Led the team with 9 targets against Carolina in the previous meeting
• Panthers allow the fifth-most production to opposing wide receiver ones

With Tampa unable to take its foot off the gas, Evans’ role stays locked and this yardage clears through steady targets.

#3 - T. McMillan: O 59.5 Rec Yards

Opponent: Tampa Bay Buccaneers

This is a clinch scenario, not a scoreboard-watch situation, one win secures the NFC South and the No. 4 seed.

• Win clinches the division and guarantees a home playoff game
• Posted 73 receiving yards and a touchdown on 10 targets versus Tampa Bay earlier
• Matchup improves with Tampa Bay dealing with injuries in the secondary

When a playoff spot is secured with one result, target volume stays aggressive.

#2 - C. McCaffrey: O 40.5 Rec Yards

Opponent: Seattle Seahawks

This is winner-take-all, with the No. 1 seed and a first-round bye on the line.

• Win secures the No. 1 seed and a bye, loss causes a major drop in seeding
• McCaffrey leads the league in touches
• Seahawks allow the most receptions and the sixth-most receiving yards to running backs

With seeding pressure removing conservative decisions, the receiving workload funnels naturally.

My #1 Playoff Motivated Pick

This is the clearest playoff motivated edges of the week. It’s preloaded and ready.

That’s the list. The playoff picture’s tight, the pressure’s real, and these are the edges that matter most.
